AMERICAN COMBAT JU-JITSU
Founded in 1980 by Professor Tony Maynard American Combat Ju-Jitsu provides students in-depth knowledge across a wide array of martial arts systems. Students will become expert generalists and achieve success in competition platforms such as BJJ, Boxing, MMA, Judo, and Sambo. The system is heavily based in Judo but also has elements of the following arts: Goshin Ryu Ju-Jitsu, Kato Ryu Ju-Jitsu, Small Circle Jujitsu, Chito Ryu Karate, Isshninryu Karate, Boxing,
Yoshin Ryu Ju-Jitsu, Kosagabe Ryu Ju-Jitsu, Iwaga ryu Ju-Jitsu, Danzan Ryu Ju-Jitsu, Okinawan karate, Kali, Hawaiian Lua, and Wrestling.
SUBMISSION GRAPPLING
Our students will become expert grapplers and will be able to find success in BJJ, Judo, and Sambo grappling events. We blend techniques from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, and Judo to produce a formidable foundation in grappling.
